Supportive Workplaces is the home of the online trainings produced by faculty and research staff from the Oregon Institute of Occupational Health Sciences. This portfolio of online workplace training programs is designed to improve worker safety, health, and well-being. Our trainings are informed by the Total Worker Health® approach to employee safety, health, and well-being.  This approach seeks to improve the well-being of the U.S. workforce by protecting their safety and enhancing their health and productivity by using strategies that benefit workers, employers, and the community.
